If meeting in person, we'll meet at the instructor's house.

If meeting online through Zoom, the instructor will send the meeting link before the first class.

*If there are any issues with the Zoom connection, alternatives are Facebook Messenger or Google Meet.

PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle options.

- If a student is late to class without notification, the instructor will wait for 10 minutes. If the student does not arrive or notify the instructor within the allotted time, the class will be closed for the day, but the fee will still be due for the full class time.

- If the student has an absence and has notified the instructor before the class time, we can arrange a make up session.

**If the student has symptoms or a fever within 48 hours of the class date, please notify the teacher in order to either schedule a make up class, or depending on how the student is feeling, meet for an online class instead.**

• Make sure the learning environment isn't too noisy or distracting for the student or instructor (students may want to use ear buds or headphones if they know they'll be in a noisy environment.

• Be aware of who or what is in your background.

• Camera and microphone must be turned on.

• Only the enrolled students should be on camera and receive feedback.

• Always show up for class fully clothed, shirts required. Appropriate pajamas permissible in online classes. :)
